Raya, a resident of Metula, moved to the northern part of the country at the age of 18 as part of the army service near Kibbutz Malkia and stayed in the north where she started her family.
Mother of two daughters holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources from Rupin College and a master's degree in human services from the University of Haifa.
