The Education and Employment Center provides students and graduates with the guidance and skills they will need as they make their way from the world of academia into the employment world. 

The center offers a range of services to prepare students and graduates to enter the work force, including individual and group vocational consultation; career workshops teaching soft skills; designated career services for Arabic speakers; providing access to positions or work opportunities through initiating and sustaining contacts with potential employers; employment fairs; spotlight days; managing technological platforms; and connecting with partners in the region who may provide access to various positions. 

The Education and Employment Center draws from the local ecosystem; based on existing organizations and their needs, we develop programs, adjust curricula, connect students to local employers, and direct them to gain expertise and training in those organizations. The center is a committed partner to all local organizations, whether through feeding contents, offering presentation opportunities in our employment fairs and spotlight days, or advertising in our platforms. 

Goals:

• To establish a systemic policy supporting continuity from academia to employment, particularly in the Upper Galilee
• To prepare students to integrate in the employment world, using relevant, up-to-date tools
• To generate academic-employer relations, to promote exposure to employment openings in general and particularly in the Galilee 
• To provide training and instill relevant skills for today's working world
• To have our alumni community help leverage vocational opportunities for the current students and graduates.
