Born in Kibbutz Yagur, Adi holds a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting from Ruppin College and a master's degree in business administration (Cum Luda) from the Open University.
Before joining the management of Tel-Hai in 2021, Adi served as CEO of Ohalo College of Education. Adi lives in Aniam and is a mother of two.
