לצורך הגשה עליכם להקים/להצטרף למאגד הכולל לפחות ארבע ישויות שאחת מהן מדינה אירופאית ושתיים לפחות אינן אירופאיות (ממדינות הים התיכון החברות בפרימה).

הגשת השלב הראשון בכל המסלולים אפשרית עד 2.4.2024.
