This program provides a well-rounded understanding of the economic and strategic management of the modern organization, different organizational strategies, how they affect the type of employees hired, and the organization's employment policies and treatment. Practitioners in the field acquire knowledge and skills in the behavioral fields, organizational psychology and sociology, and in traditional administrative functional fields: finance, marketing, information systems.
Our faculty offers rich and innovative knowledge in a wide range of courses, some of which are unique to the master's degree program in organizational behavior at our institution.

The manner in which the human factor is treated at work determines the success or failure of an organization. Awareness of employees’ abilities, personalities, desires, and additional personality traits leads to effective management and optimal job performance. The complex and dynamic world of work creates a growing need for specialization in understanding employees’ behaviors in organizations as individuals and team members and management that is humane yet efficient and productive. Students in this program will gain knowledge, skills, and tools to effectively manage people at work. Our goal is to train managers and consultants to manage the human aspect at work. This program is suitable for employees interested in personal and organizational development and growth. There is no requirement for previous management or consulting positions. The program integrates theory and practice within a diverse course offering. For example, students will gain experience in analyzing case studies, participate in organizational simulations, building training programs, participating in workshops on lowering stress at work, learn management skills by analyzing simulations of various work situations, build career paths, participate in proactive business development processes, manage work teams and more.

This academic program integrates academic studies that provide theoretical tools and research skills with practical tools in organizational behavior.
This program provides training and in-depth knowledge of organizational behavior, psychology, human services, and management. Graduates of this program gain the essential tools and professional knowledge required from organizational consultants, such as organizational changes and development and organizational structures and processes, and managers, such as finance, marketing, management skills, and information systems.
What will program graduates gain? (Advantages for program graduates)-
Professionally, program graduates will be able to integrate into various roles within public and private organizations that contribute to organizational development and advance innovative work processes. Moreover, graduates can become independent consultants (freelancers). Graduates will have in-depth training in organizational behavior, psychology, employee motivation, building and leading teams, and developing training for organizations. Personally, graduates will develop a high level of self-awareness during their journey of personal growth.
Logistical details-
The program consists of two days of study per week. Wednesday from 16:00 and Thursday from 8:45.
