The Master’s degree in Physical Education focuses on two main areas: Using cutting- edge information and communication technologies to encourage students to lead active, healthy lives both within and outside of schools. The second is using sports and physical education as a means of addressing social issues. The courses prepare graduate students for a variety of social, moral, and pedagogical values and challenges.
The goal of the master’s program is to teach advanced theoretical and practical understanding of physical activity. We think the curriculum offers the right resources for this in terms of quality in sports, physical activity, nutrition, and health, among other areas. These all help to increase understanding of the significance of leading a healthy and active lifestyle. Through the acquisition of advanced teaching and training techniques that incorporate cutting-edge technology, we see value in preparing graduates to lead initiatives in areas that complement the regular curriculum, such as: integrating the community into programs that promote physical and social activity and health.

Physical education is one of the tools of human society to promote the health of its members in a broad sense. The field brings together physiological, cognitive, social, emotional and pedagogical aspects.
Since the current era is characterized by numerous and rapid technological and other changes, society as a whole and students in the various education systems face many stimuli that did not exist before.
The Master’s degree program in Physical Education (MEd) at Tel Hai Academic College, tries to face the challenges facing teachers and all those involved in physical education by providing innovative and practical tools suitable for assimilating the values of physical activity and sports, promoting a healthy lifestyle among young people , in the community and workplaces, during leisure time and at school. Emphasis will be placed in the program on basic research in the areas of the body's responses to the effort, healthy nutrition for those involved in physical activity and sports, sports and physical activity in the workplace, cooperation and networking with professionals in related fields, innovative pedagogical approaches and professional development.
You are welcome to join our program and I wish you all much success in your studies.
