Our master's degree curriculum includes theoretical, applied, and research aspects, catering to individuals currently engaged in or aspiring to occupy diverse managerial roles across education systems spanning from early childhood to higher education, both formal and non- formal settings. The program's theoretical aspect offers comprehensive exposure to knowledge in educational administration, education policy, legal frameworks, educational evaluation, and more. In addition, the research aspect equips students with knowledge in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, enabling them to conduct comprehensive research within the realm of educational administration. Complementing these theoretical and research aspects are practical workshops and practicums aimed at immersing students in educational environments and managerial tasks specific to these settings.
Over the last two decades, graduates of our program have consistently assumed key management positions within educational systems, actively shaping and influencing the systems they lead. These accomplished individuals acquire the necessary knowledge and skills essential for effective leadership through personalized guidance and support from our program's faculty. Our lecturers possess extensive expertise in various educational domains, coupled with profound research experience in both formal and non-formal educational settings.
