The world of employment is changing at a dizzying pace, advanced technologies are penetrating every area of our lives and we are at the beginning of a new era in which artificial intelligence is also found in a large variety of professions. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to train the next generation of teachers and kindergarten teachers in the State of Israel, so that they know how to face the new challenges of the changing world and give their students the right knowledge and tools to successfully integrate into the world of tomorrow.
The teaching students who study at Tel Hai Academic College will be the educators who will lead the State of Israel towards its 100th Independence Day. Hence, teacher training and kindergarten programs adapted to the new world will be flexible enough to keep pace with the constant social, political and economic changes of today's society. The training is innovative and in various ways contains techno-pedagogical, pedagogical and design aspects as an integral part of the general curriculum for teaching students. This gives a competitive advantage to students in the Department of Education and Teaching.
Achieving these goals will occur on campus and through a combination of interactive online courses, virtual simulations and personalized learning paths, students will be given the opportunity to acquire theoretical understanding and practical skills in the development and application of AI. In the Department of Education and Teaching, we will integrate artificial
intelligence into the need to use techniques for learning analysis to monitor and evaluate student performance, while providing real-time feedback and recommendations for improvement. Graduates of the teaching programs will be able to effectively leverage artificial intelligence technologies in their future lessons and educational methods, and thus we will ensure that all future educators will stay up-to-date and adapt to rapidly developing technological tools for the future of the next generation of the State of Israel.
